Chef Tandra Strickland
My roots are planted in Raleigh, North Carolina. This city is where my husband, three children, and I call home, and it's also where my journey to become a chef started.
In 2010, I enrolled in culinary school at the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham. While attending the Art Institute, I maintained a GPA of 3.8 or higher and won two culinary awards in The American Culinary Federation Professional competitions.
I graduated from the program in 2012 and turned my goal of becoming a chef into reality! I started Sweet & Savory catering in 2011 and have now expanded into a mobile food truck. Through hard work and determination, my dreams happen! Putting God and my family first will always be the key to my success.
